Guest Experience Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hospitality experience, preferably within a boutique hotel, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-touch guest service environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence
  • Strong passion for creating memorable guest experiences and emotional connections through hospitality
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating guest itineraries, celebrations, VIP experiences, and special requests
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Experience monitoring guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills

Guest Experience Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience working in boutique luxury hotels, chef-driven hospitality environments, or high-end restaurant concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, wellness, culture, and personalized service experiences
  • Naturally warm, intuitive, and gracious leadership style
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Creative mindset with the ability to curate thoughtful guest experiences and memorable moments
  • Ability to lead by example while fostering collaboration and service excellence across departments
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and elevated guest expectations
