Structural Engineer Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Minimum 3-5 years of structural engineering design experience
- Proficient in Revit/Autodesk, RISA Floor, RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, TEDDS, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Structural Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop structural models and prepare detailed design drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and designers on multiple simultaneous projects
- Contribute to innovative solutions within a multidisciplinary team
- Support project delivery from concept through completion
- Assist in improving engineering processes and utilize advanced technology
