We are seeking an excited, fun, and passionate individual to join us as our new Executive Chef. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all things food and beverage. Has the ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide guidance and support for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House, and collaborates and communicates with the Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences. Builds relationships with local farmers to stay on top of seasonal changes using local ingredients while keeping food cost on track. Events and banquet experience is necessary, as it is a big part of our operation.

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams
  • Strong financial and operational management skills including food cost, labor cost, and inventory oversight
  • Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership
  • Experience with banquet, catering, and private event execution required

Executive Chef – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience working in culinary-forward or chef-driven concepts
  • Passion for seasonal ingredients and building relationships with local farmers and vendors
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
  • Ability to maintain consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating closely with Front of House leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creative menu development and operational execution experience
