We are seeking a Restaurant Sous Chef to join our luxury property close to Athens, Georgia!
Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 4+ years of upscale high volume restaurant Sous Chef experience
- Must have experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
- Banquet or catering high-end dining experience preferred
- Butchering and menu development experience required
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
