Training Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
- Develop and write engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to deliver pilot programs and refine materials based on feedback.
- Observe employees applying learned skills in the field and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update training records and documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Training Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience in full-service dining.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and writing training materials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with occasional availability on evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
