General Manager – High-Energy Restaurant & Lounge
About the Role
Fusion East is looking for a hands-on, high-impact General Manager to lead a $3M, high-volume, entertainment-driven restaurant in Brooklyn.
This is not a back-office GM role—we need a leader who thrives on the floor, drives guest experience, and can operate in a fast-paced brunch, dinner, nightlife, and events environment.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-revenue restaurant
- Lead high-volume service across brunch, dinner, and nightlife
- Drive hospitality standards and guest experience
- Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing
- Hire, train, and develop FOH teams
- Monitor sales, costs, and key performance metrics
- Partner with ownership on growth and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a GM or senior restaurant leader
- Strong high-volume experience (brunch + nightlife a plus)
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
- Proven ability to manage labor and control costs
- High-energy, hospitality-first mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entertainment-driven environments
- Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
Nice to Have
- NYC experience
- Caribbean / Afro-fusion / lounge background
- New restaurant opening or growth experience
- Beverage, events, or catering exposure
Compensation
- $90K–$100K base
- Up to 12% bonus
