About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established SaaS organization serving the property management industry across North America. With more than 30 years in the market, this company has built a strong reputation through customer relationships, industry expertise, and long-term partnerships, not high-volume transactional sales.

The organization is currently expanding its U.S. sales presence and seeking a Territory Sales Manager who can help drive strategic growth within a highly relationship-driven industry. This is an opportunity to join a stable, self-funded company with strong employee retention, long-term growth plans, and significant visibility across leadership.

This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-oriented sales professional who understands how to navigate enterprise-level organizations, build trust with executive stakeholders, and represent a brand professionally within a tight-knit market.

About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will focus on developing new business relationships and expanding market share throughout the assigned territory. This is not an inbound or transactional sales role. Success comes from networking, strategic outreach, industry involvement, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers.

The role begins as an individual contributor position with strong future leadership potential as the U.S. sales organization continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and grow relationships with executive-level stakeholders across enterprise property management organizations and related industries
  • Drive strategic outbound business development efforts throughout the assigned territory
  • Build pipeline through networking, referrals, conferences, trade shows, industry associations, and targeted outreach
  • Represent the company professionally at conferences, association events, and client meetings
  • Partner closely with leadership to support territory strategy and market expansion initiatives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation
  • Operate as a trusted relationship-builder and strategic industry partner within a highly network-driven industry

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–10+ years of experience in territory sales, enterprise sales, business development, or relationship-focused B2B sales
  • Proven experience selling into executive-level stakeholders and enterprise organizations
  • Existing network or familiarity within property management, PropTech, banking, payments, insurance, financial services, construction/development, legal/compliance, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Experience working within relationship-driven or association-based industries is highly valued
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and professionalism
  • Relationship-first sales approach with the ability to build long-term trust and credibility
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently within a remote environment
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in helping scale a growing U.S. organization

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary approximately $80,000–$100,000+ depending on experience, territory expertise, and existing industry relationships
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE potential of $130,000–$160,000+
