A fast-growing consumer health and wellness company with a strong presence on Amazon and major e-commerce platforms. Driven by a commitment to quality and customer trust, the company offer a broad portfolio of nutritional supplement products to health-conscious consumers nationwide. We are seeking a Director / Sr. Director of Amazon & Marketplace Growth to own our marketplace strategy, P&L, and team. This role is focused on evolving beyond SKU-volume growth toward hero product development, category leadership, and more profitable marketplace execution — across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify. You will lead a high-performing Amazon team, create scalable operation systems, and partner closely with Product, Finance, Brand, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Operations to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Senior Director, Amazon & Marketplace Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: USD $190,000–$210,000 (depending on experience and level)
- Bonus: Annual performance bonus
- Equity: Stock/equity incentives commensurate with level (L6–L7 equivalent)

Senior Director, Amazon & Marketplace Job Requirements
Must‑Have Experience
- 8+ years in e‑commerce, Amazon marketplace, or digital commerce for consumer products, including 3+ years in a senior leadership/people management role.
- 5+ years hands‑on Amazon marketplace experience with strong knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, listing optimization, and marketplace operations.
- Proven track record of owning or significantly driving Amazon or marketplace GMV growth and profitability, ideally across a large SKU portfolio or multi‑brand, high‑growth business.
- Strong understanding of Amazon growth levers (advertising, keywords, organic ranking, conversion, A+ Content, pricing, promotions, reviews, inventory, and SKU portfolio management).
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing to GMV, net revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, ACOS/TACOS/ROAS, and promotion ROI.
- Experience leading, coaching, and scaling marketplace or Amazon teams (e.g., e‑commerce leads, Ads managers, PPC specialists), with clear KPI and accountability frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate marketplace data into insights, action plans, and executive‑level reporting.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Finance, Brand, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.
Preferred Experience
- Background in health & wellness, supplements, nutrition, beauty, personal care, or related CPG categories.
- Experience managing or significantly contributing to an Amazon/e‑commerce business at or approaching $100M+ annual marketplace revenue.
- Demonstrated success improving ASIN performance and organic ranking (e.g., driving products into Top 100 / Top 500 category positions).
- Experience with hero SKU strategies, product lifecycle management, SKU rationalization, bundling/multipacks, Subscribe & Save, and promotional planning.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, retail media, advanced attribution, and incrementality testing.
- Experience building or restructuring Amazon/e‑commerce organizations, defining roles, hiring, and improving workflows.
- Experience working with global or cross‑regional teams (e.g., North America and Asia).
