A growing multi-unit restaurant group is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand growth, traffic generation, and digital strategy across multiple locations. This person will help shape the future of the brand, and should have deep experience with multi unit hospitality, consumer facing brands, proven success on the creative and data sides, and executive presence. 

Marketing Manager Benefits & Compensation

• $120k-$140k base salary

Marketing Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required

• Deep experience (10+ year progressive career in marketing) with Multi-unit hospitality and consumer facing brands

• Manage social media, SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and promotions

. Proven Success with creative initiatives and data driven decisions

• Drive traffic, sales growth, catering leads, and customer engagement

• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and reporting metrics

• Manage vendors, agencies, and multiple projects simultaneously

• Portfolio required
