EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume or scratch-cooking concept
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a large back-of-house team
- Experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
- Proven ability to maintain consistency and pace in a busy kitchen of +6M
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
EXECUTIVE CHEF PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
- Experience with Latin-inspired cuisine or bold flavor profiles
- Comfortable working closely with FOH managers to ensure smooth service
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
