Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in similar full service, upscale leadership role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Proficient in labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financials
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Solid understanding of wine
- Event or large-party service coordination experience
- Proven success in guest engagement and operational improvements
