Fine Dining General Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all operations of a high-volume fine dining restaurant, ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and processes.
  • Deliver the highest quality guest experience, exceeding expectations through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Drive team performance and professional development, cultivating a culture of excellence and long-term career growth.
  • Uphold and enhance service standards and hospitality culture, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and fine dining experience.

Fine Dining General Manager Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service fine dining establishment.
  • Proven experience managing sales volumes of $15M+ per year.
  • Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards.
  • Exceptionally service-driven and hospitality-focused, with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate staff and operational performance effectively.
  • Track record of consistently executing operational systems, standards, and processes.
  • Strong command of financial management, P&L accountability, and inventory control.
