Fine Dining General Manager Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all operations of a high-volume fine dining restaurant, ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and processes.
Deliver the highest quality guest experience, exceeding expectations through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Drive team performance and professional development, cultivating a culture of excellence and long-term career growth.
Uphold and enhance service standards and hospitality culture, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and fine dining experience.

Fine Dining General Manager Job Requirements:

5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service fine dining establishment.
Proven experience managing sales volumes of $15M+ per year.
Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards.
Exceptionally service-driven and hospitality-focused, with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
Ability to measure and evaluate staff and operational performance effectively.
Track record of consistently executing operational systems, standards, and processes.
Strong command of financial management, P&L accountability, and inventory control.
