Senior Restaurant Manager

A respected upscale restaurant group is seeking a passionate Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Senior Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Annual salary between $80,000–$85,000

Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining, or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level food & beverage hotel restaurant
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
• Demonstrated team player with a hands-on attitude and high standards
• Understands financials, forecasting, and POS systems (Toast or similar)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and related software
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and team members

Senior Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with employee hiring, training, and development
• Familiarity with bar programs and inventory processes
• Bilingual fluency is a plus

Senior Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest service
• Oversee floor management, including engaging with guests and managing daily operations
• Coordinate closely with back-of-house management to maintain seamless communication
• Manage and support opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to uphold service standards
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Represent the management team by providing constructive feedback and actively contributing to improvements
