A growing multi‑family office is seeking seasoned Financial Advisors or Private Bankers to join as senior partners in serving high net worth (HNW) and ultra‑high net worth (UHNW) families. The ideal candidate currently has a clear majority of business derived from HNW/UHNW relationships.

This platform combines the infrastructure of a mature firm with the flexibility and upside of building your own practice. A core economic lever is the opportunity to earn meaningful equity ownership in the firm.

For established teams, the firm effectively enables you to launch your own RIA while covering all operating costs—technology, compliance, reporting, and support—so you can focus on clients and growth. Advisors below a suggested production threshold but with a demonstrated, credible growth trajectory may be considered as strategic “bolt‑ons” to existing teams.

The firm operates as a multi‑family office, delivering far more than traditional AUM‑based wealth management. Approximately 75% of fees are derived from non‑AUM services, reflecting deep engagement in administration, consolidated reporting, and full family office support. A key differentiator is its ability to lift administrative burdens from complex HNW families and provide a single, consolidated view of their financial lives while coordinating all typical family office services.

Requirements:

Proven ability to originate and deepen relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
Standard licensing: Series 63 and 65 or 66 (or equivalents).
CFP not required.
