🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently great food
- Manage daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Control food costs, ordering, and inventory
- Train, coach, and develop cooks and kitchen staff
- Work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen management or lead cook experience (full service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food quality and teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
