A beautiful local Restaurant and venue is seeking a hands-on General Manager who is a culture builder. We are looking for a leader with whom we can partner for mutual success.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the team in a hands-on capacity and develop their capabilities
- Provide an unparalleled guest experience
- Market the establishment as a venue for events and celebrations, and grow the business
- Coordinate with the Chef to provide a premium product
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations or Restaurant Management
- Respectable wine knowledge
- Proficient in Catering and Hosting Events
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and POS systems
- Creative, adaptable, and organized
General Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $50-$55K plus a discretionary bonus
