A beautiful local Restaurant and venue is seeking a hands-on General Manager who is a culture builder. We are looking for a leader with whom we can partner for mutual success.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in a hands-on capacity and develop their capabilities
  • Provide an unparalleled guest experience
  • Market the establishment as a venue for events and celebrations, and grow the business
  • Coordinate with the Chef to provide a premium product

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations or Restaurant Management
  • Respectable wine knowledge
  • Proficient in Catering and Hosting Events
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and POS systems
  • Creative, adaptable, and organized

General Manager Benefits:

  • Base salary of $50-$55K plus a discretionary bonus
