A Luxury Hotel in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Food & Beverage professional to lead its Food & Beverage Teams. The ideal candidate will possess previous Hotel Food & Beverage experience at this level or higher, with responsibilities leading Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, In-room Dining, Banquets, and Events. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of service
- Train and manage Food & Beverage Managers
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet Guest volume needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Fine Dining experience in at least a 4 Star Hotel
- Have a strong focus on restaurant management training required – wine knowledge desirable
- 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
- Candidates with a Culinary background and experience would be preferred.
- Strong Leadership and inter-department collaboration skills
- Proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
- A positive Leader that works well under pressure and is adaptable to meet or exceed the task at hand
- Ability to understand and positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance
- Capable of effectively managing both front and back of house operations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required, or completion of this certificate within the first six months of employment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
