We’re working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the North Charleston area that is looking to bring on a strong Assistant General Manager. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a large hourly team
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Help manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
- Ensure smooth, efficient shifts in a high-volume setting
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
