Family Law Associate Attorney
Las Vegas, Nevada | Flexible Remote Schedule

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, support, and post-judgment disputes
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
- Prepare financial disclosures, child support calculations, and case evaluations
- Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
- Provide practical legal counsel and strategic guidance throughout the life of each case
- Maintain consistent communication and exceptional client service standards
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar license or ability to practice in Nevada
- Approximately 1-5 years of family law experience
- Experience independently handling divorce, custody, support, and contested family law matters
- Familiarity with discovery, motion practice, mediation, and hearing preparation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional demeanor when handling emotionally charged and high-conflict situations
- Comfortable meeting a billable expectation of approximately 30 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
