Accounting Manager (Early Career Growth Role)

Southern California preferred | Fully Remote

$80,000 – $120,000 base + bonus

Looking to move into a role where you actually own the numbers and understand the business?

This is an early-stage opportunity to join a growing company focused on project development and infrastructure. You’ll work directly with leadership, take full ownership of financial reporting, and gain exposure beyond accounting into how projects are built and financed.

What you’ll own:

• Full monthly financials (including cash flow statement)
• Reporting on G&A trends and project performance
• Variance analysis — understanding the “why,” not just reporting
• Month-end close and ongoing process improvement

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years public accounting (audit preferred)
• Strong financial statement knowledge (especially CFS)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ownership mindset + willingness to learn the business
