Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for an Architectural Leader – Asset Strategy to drive and oversee their company strategy for their Asset Strategy division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.
Architectural Leader – Asset Strategy Benefits and Compensation
- Fully remote position
- Base salary of $120-160k + commission

Architectural Leader – Asset Strategy Responsibilities
- Ownership of the business development strategy for the Asset Strategy division.
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Asset Strategy.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Leader – Asset Strategy Qualifications
- BS in Architecture or Interior Design
- 10+ years of experience including:
- 5+ years of business development and management experience for an architectural design firm
- Experience with the Asset Strategy Projects including experience working with landlords/brokers/building owners on projects focused on tenant improvements, commercial and corporate interiors, landlord fit ups, repositioning, building additions, lobby renovations, and full-floor renovations is required.
