The General Manager must be a polished leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. He/she must possess sharp business acumen and be able to see the whole picture. The General Manager will work closely with the above restaurant ownership team to drive operational and financial excellence throughout the restaurant group. The General Manager will be able to work hand in hand with both the FOH and BOH on any given day, so candidates must be confident working in all areas of the restaurant.
General Manager Job Requirements:

General Manager Job Qualifications:
- Must possess the passion to lead a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Polished Leader with the ability to work hand in hand with the Ownership and the Team
- 3+ years in Full-Service Dining – this is a fun polished ultimate neighborhood restaurant concept
- Master in presenting and Managing a P&L, Scheduling, and Ordering/Inventory
- A clear understanding of Human Resources and Staffing
