Front-End Developer, React Requirements

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Proven experience building functional web applications (not just static or marketing sites)
• Ability to ramp quickly and contribute with minimal training or oversight
• Product-minded approach with interest in how users interact with software
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and respond quickly to user-driven issues
