We are seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to fill a new Assistant Executive Chef position within our team. This new role will oversee multiple dining operations at three campuses. If you'd love to learn more about the role, Apply Today!
Assistant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Supervises Chef Managers to ensure quality service
- Leads the culinary staff in all areas of executing recipes, food handling, safety, etc.
- Trains and develops culinary staff
- Maintains quality standards in contract dining and retail operations
- Oversee test kitchen operations
Assistant Executive Chef Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree and formal culinary training required
- 2+ years of experience as a chef in high volume food operations
- Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP principles
- Experience with computer-based menu management preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week including various day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
