Launch Your Physical Therapy Career the Right Way

New DPT Graduates & Early Career Physical Therapists Encouraged to Apply!

Outpatient Physical Therapist – Private Practice

Manchester Township, NJ

$85,000–$105,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Your first job matters. Choose one where you'll actually learn—not just survive.

If you're about to graduate or recently earned your DPT, you have a big decision to make. You can join a high-volume corporate clinic where productivity numbers come first…or you can build your career in a private practice where experienced mentors invest in your success and patients receive the one-on-one care they deserve.

We're partnering with a growing, PT-owned private practice that's looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join its beautiful, newly opened Manchester/Whiting clinic. Whether you're a new graduate or have a year or two of experience, this is an outstanding opportunity to build confidence, sharpen your clinical skills, and work alongside experienced clinicians who genuinely enjoy mentoring the next generation of Physical Therapists.

Why New Graduates Love This Opportunity

Mentorship You Can Count On

  • Work side-by-side with experienced therapists, including McKenzie-certified clinicians.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, clinical guidance, and support as you transition from school into practice.
  • Ask questions, collaborate, and continue learning every day.

Treat Patients—Not Productivity Numbers

  • True 1:1 therapist-to-patient care.
  • No double or triple booking.
  • No unrealistic productivity expectations.
  • Focus on quality outcomes instead of rushing from patient to patient.

Grow Your Confidence

You'll have the opportunity to develop advanced manual therapy techniques, strengthen your orthopedic knowledge, and become a well-rounded clinician in a supportive environment where learning is encouraged.

A Career, Not Just Your First Job

This practice believes in promoting from within. As you grow professionally, you'll have opportunities to become a Lead Therapist and even help launch future clinic locations as the organization continues to expand.

About the Practice

This family-owned outpatient orthopedic practice has built its reputation on delivering exceptional patient care—not maximizing patient volume.

Their newly renovated 2,800+ square-foot clinic, opened in 2024, features modern equipment and continues to expand its services with personal training, massage therapy, and future occupational therapy offerings.

Here, you'll be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, mentorship, and helping every clinician reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic outpatient patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function
  • Perform hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Document patient progress accurately
  • Collaborate with experienced therapists and support staff
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients through continuity of care

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Active (or pending) New Jersey Physical Therapy license
  • New graduates and clinicians with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply
  • Passion for orthopedic outpatient care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to build a long-term career in private practice

Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000–$105,000 annual salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Supportive onboarding and mentorship
  • Outstanding work-life balance
  • Modern clinic with new equipment
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth and leadership

Start Your Career Somewhere That Invests in You

If you're looking for a place where you'll receive mentorship, develop exceptional clinical skills, and truly make a difference in your patients' lives, we'd love to connect with you.

Apply today and discover what it's like to begin your career in a private practice that puts people—not productivity—first.
