We are seeking a skilled and driven Restaurant Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Restaurant Sous Chef – Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
  • Conduct line checks, manage prep lists, and adjust pars based on demand
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and invoicing processes
  • Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Monitor labor and food costs to drive profitability
  • Execute menu items and accommodate special guest requests

Restaurant Sous Chef – Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in full-service dining
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and cost management
  • Understanding of P&L fundamentals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
