The Role

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support all front-of-house operations
• Drive exceptional guest service and handle escalations with professionalism
• Train, coach, and develop a large FOH team
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and daily floor execution
• Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished dining environment
• Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist in financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience in high-volume upscale or polished casual dining
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Experience managing busy services with confidence and composure
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Solid understanding of labor management and operational system

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000
