We are seeking a skilled Banquet Chef to lead culinary execution for weddings, private events, and member functions at our country club. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, well-executed cuisine.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute banquet menus for events of all sizes
- Lead and develop banquet kitchen staff
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage food costs, ordering, and inventory
- Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of banquet or high-volume kitchen leadership experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with plated dinners, buffets, and large events
