Studio Director Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Valid state-issued license for nail care services
  • Ability to work at multiple locations and off-site events as needed
  • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, deadline-driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Studio Director Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in team leadership and talent development
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and cultivate a positive workplace culture
  • Initiative and creative problem-solving skills

Studio Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding best-in-class hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Foster a people-first team culture and deliver a premium client experience with every visit
  • Lead, recruit, train, and develop talent; create career progression plans for the team
  • Maintain studio excellence, leveraging partnerships to ensure optimal operations
  • Analyze revenue performance and key business metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Engage with the local community and participate in industry events
  • Ensure the studio environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with organizational standards
