Studio Director

Studio Director Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
Valid state-issued license for nail care services
Ability to work at multiple locations and off-site events as needed
Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, deadline-driven approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Studio Director Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in team leadership and talent development
Ability to motivate, inspire, and cultivate a positive workplace culture
Initiative and creative problem-solving skills

Studio Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding best-in-class hygiene and cleanliness standards
Foster a people-first team culture and deliver a premium client experience with every visit
Lead, recruit, train, and develop talent; create career progression plans for the team
Maintain studio excellence, leveraging partnerships to ensure optimal operations
Analyze revenue performance and key business metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
Engage with the local community and participate in industry events
Ensure the studio environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with organizational standards
