We are actively seeking a Lead Attorney to join our team immediately. This role requires a strong background in personal injury law, with the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Trial experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include overseeing case strategy, managing a caseload, guiding and mentoring junior attorneys and staff, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when necessary. The ideal candidate is confident in litigation, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cases to successful outcomes.

Qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, active bar license in good standing, and proven experience handling personal injury cases. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential.

Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $215,000 annually, plus a 5% bonus on cases closed.
