We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to join our high-volume, upscale restaurant. This is an opportunity for a strong culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations of the kitchen
Lead, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Inventory and ordering experience needed
Manage scheduling, shifts, and staffing to ensure smooth operation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to meet restaurant goals

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef role
Proven experience in coaching, development, and team leadership
Strong organizational skills, with experience in scheduling and shift management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Comfortable receiving and providing feedback in a constructive manner
