QSR Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from $50K to $60K
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance throughout the year

QSR Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years in an Assistant General Manager role within quick service or high-volume restaurants exceeding $2M in revenue
  • Consistent job history with solid tenure in recent roles
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing teams
  • Comfort managing financials and driving profit
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

QSR Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Experience with major burger or chicken concepts such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Taco Bell, White Castle, or Shake Shack

QSR Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Run daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and cleanliness
  • Execute company systems and standards with consistency
  • Coach, train, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
  • Manage sales, labor, and food costs to hit financial goals
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues quickly
