We are hiring an Azure Solutions Architect to join a growing MSP organization.

This role will lead the professional services function, overseeing the delivery of strategic client projects across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, and infrastructure migrations. The position is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, including discovery, scoping, solution design, client communication, coordination, documentation, training, and successful handoff to support teams. This individual will serve as a technical leader, guiding high-level architecture decisions while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and aligned with client objectives.

Azure Solutions Architect Requirements

4+ years of experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
Demonstrated success leading Azure, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure migration initiatives
Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and cloud architecture design
Proven ability to conduct client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with a strong client-facing and presentation-oriented approach

Azure Solutions Architect Nice to Have

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments and management
Background in SharePoint migration projects
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and/or automation tools
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365)
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical teams
