This is not a “sit in the office” position — you’ll be out front, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Driving day-to-day operations and keeping service running efficiently
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team members in real time
  • Maintaining high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Supporting the team during peak periods and jumping in wherever needed
  • Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
  • Creating a positive, team-first culture while delivering a great guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a restaurant leadership role (manager or strong supervisor)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to run a shift and keep a team aligned under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
