Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Experience as a lead or supervisor in a full-service restaurant
- Knowledge and experience with alcohol service
- Highly organized, dependable, and efficient
- Excellent people skills and tableside manner
Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage hourly team members with consistency and integrity
- Control inventory, including portion controls, purchasing, and tracking
- Train team members on proper guest service and uphold high standards
- Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings
- Participate in local marketing efforts
- Other duties as assigned
