What You’ll Be Doing

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Assess client exposures and design tailored commercial insurance solutions
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts
Partner with internal service teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Stay aligned with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements
Manage pipeline activity and track production using AMS360

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty license in Massachusetts
At least 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Experience with AMS360 preferred
