Well-established, growth-focused organization to identify a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations. This leader will drive operational excellence across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and systems to support scalability, performance, and an exceptional customer experience.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and the opportunity to influence both operational strategy and execution.
Director of Operations Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across Customer Care, Delivery, Maintenance, and Inventory functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and operational leaders
- Drive operational strategy aligned with company growth, performance, and profitability goals
- Ensure consistent execution of processes, standards, and KPIs across all operational areas
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and drive accountability across teams
Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in retail, distribution, logistics, or service environments, including multi-level team leadership
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-functional operations while driving efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Strong experience managing KPIs, service metrics, and cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on leader with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
