Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Full-Time (FTE) or Per Diem | In-Office – Brooklyn, NY | Urgent Care + Telehealth

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing urgent care team in Brooklyn.

This is an in-office role with some telehealth responsibilities, offering full-time or per diem options depending on your availability. Ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a collaborative, small-team setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide in-office urgent care services
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Diagnose and treat common acute conditions (URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI issues)
Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
Prescribe medications in compliance with telehealth regulations
Determine when escalation or referral is necessary
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

Must-Have Requirements

Active New York NP or PA license
Active Medicare Provider ID
2+ years of NP/PA experience
Urgent care experience
Pediatrics experience
