We’re partnering with a top-tier, nationally recognized litigation firm to add a Bilingual Legal Assistant to their Baton Rouge office. This is a great opportunity to join a respected legal team and play a critical role supporting both attorneys and clients.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience
- Assist with scheduling, and follow-up communication
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Request and track medical records and case-related documentation
- Support attorneys with case management and administrative tasks
- Help coordinate logistics for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant, or law firm support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
