Job Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations across lumber, hardware, and related divisions
- Lead, hire, and develop a team
- Manage full P&L
- Strengthen customer, vendor, and community relationships
- Identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Stay hands-on (“player-coach” leadership style)
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Background in building materials, lumber, hardware, or similar
- Proven P&L and team leadership experience
- Strong communicator with high integrity
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style
