Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
Experience managing full-service and upscale dining concepts
Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
Excellent integrity and character
Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
Infectious energy and passion
Hands-on leadership style
Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

No more than 5 jobs in the last 10 years
Experience with cost control with product and labor
Experience with training and mentoring
