- Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
- Strong skills in team development, cost control, and kitchen operations in an upscale dining environment
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire diverse culinary teams
- Experience leading a proven scratch kitchen
Executive Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- Scratch Kitchen experience.
- Ability to align food offerings with craft cocktails and wine programs
- History of building positive kitchen culture and staff retention
