An established cafe/fast casual restaurant group is seeking a Multi-Unit Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume locations and drive operational excellence across the business. Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000
  • KPI-based bonus: up to 30%
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality
  • Experience overseeing 5+ high-volume fast casual restaurants
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and cost control
  • Proven success in team development, hiring, and performance management

Preferred Background and Skills

  • Track record of building strong bench strength and succession planning
  • Ability to drive operational consistency and efficiency across multiple locations
  • Passion for delivering a high-quality guest experience
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and training capabilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance
  • Drive financial performance, including labor, food cost, and overall profitability
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to build a high-performing, service-driven culture
  • Implement and uphold operational standards, systems, and best practices
