Sales Manager – Nashville, TN

Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
Previous pest control industry experience is required
Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve results
Demonstrated success in hitting sales goals and KPI targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Outgoing personality and a high level of professionalism

Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and train the sales team to consistently exceed growth targets
Oversee day-to-day sales operations for the Berry Hill location
Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales representatives
Cultivate customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact
Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
