A respected regional provider of pest, termite, and crawlspace services is seeking a motivated Branch General Manager to lead and expand operations in the Nashville market. Branch General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary ($80-100k) depending on experience

Branch General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pest and termite control with proven branch or operations management success
- Valid pest control certifications/licenses as required by Tennessee state regulations
- Strong sales management skills and a commitment to coaching and team development
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and train high-performing staff
- Excellent business acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Consistent, accountable leadership with a positive, approachable attitude
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Branch General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience growing branch operations or expanding market share
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis
Branch General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations across sales, service, administration, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor high-performing pest and termite professionals
- Coach team members to exceed sales goals and deliver top-tier service
- Implement strategic growth plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and ensuring retention
- Monitor branch KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
