What You’ll Do

Assist in all pre-opening and opening operations, including hiring and training
Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
Drive an exceptional guest experience from launch and beyond
Manage scheduling, labor controls, and day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
Partner with the General Manager to execute operational and financial goals

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
Opening experience is a strong plus
Proven ability to build, train, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
Financial acumen with labor and cost control experience
Professional, polished, and hospitality-driven mindset
