Family Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA)

Family Care Clinic | Full-Time | NC

A growing medical practice serving a rural North Carolina community is seeking 3-5 Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) with experience in family practice to join its collaborative clinical team.

This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while providing essential medical care in a community where access to specialty services is highly valued. The practice emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education, and long-term continuity of care.

Compensation

💰 Salary: $105 – $110K Based on Experience

Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, CME support, malpractice coverage, and retirement plan options.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions while working collaboratively with supervising physicians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and full patient exams
  • Diagnose and treat common and chronic conditions
  • Identify and manage patient care needs
  • Perform procedures as necessary
  • Review lab results and diagnostic tests
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of licensure
  • Provide patient education on health and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
  • Adhere to clinical, regulatory, and HIPAA standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
  • Active North Carolina NP or PA license
  • National certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Interest in serving rural communities and improving access to specialty care
