About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media to serve as a strategic leader and hands-on expert across retail media programs. This person will own the full retail media lifecycle, from strategy and budget allocation to campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and client communication.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who combines deep platform knowledge with strong analytical thinking and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate understands how to connect retail media performance to broader business growth and can confidently lead both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel retail media strategies across major retail media platforms
  • Manage campaigns across marketplaces, retailer networks, and retail media technology platforms
  • Oversee media budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance against ROAS and growth targets
  • Build and execute testing roadmaps aligned to client business goals
  • Analyze campaign and retail performance data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients in business reviews and ongoing meetings
  • Partner internally to support accurate and timely billing related to retail media programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within the internal team

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in retail media management
  • Strong hands-on experience with major retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, and Kroger Precision Marketing
  • Experience using retail media management platforms such as Skai, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar tools
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis/modeling
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative or business-related background preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud or other clean room environments
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint or Canva
  • Exposure to SQL, R, Python, or AI/LLM tools
