Senior Project Controls Analyst – Portfolio Analytics (Remote)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing consulting organization that supports large-scale utility and infrastructure programs across the U.S. This team operates at the intersection of engineering, data analytics, and project execution—helping leadership drive performance, visibility, and efficiency across complex capital projects.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting senior leadership and multiple workstreams, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track project and portfolio performance

• Analyze engineering and resource data to provide actionable insights

• Support multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and execution

• Partner with engineering, project management, and construction teams

• Track deliverables, action items, and risks—driving accountability across teams

• Support leadership in meetings, reporting, and strategic initiatives

MUST HAVES

• 5–10 years of experience in utilities, transmission, substation, or heavy infrastructure environments

• Hands-on Power BI experience (must be able to build dashboards, not just review)

• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, automation, macros preferred)

• Experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

• Proven ability to track action items and drive execution across teams

• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting program or portfolio-level reporting

• Exposure to project controls or PMO environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($100K–$140K, depending on experience)
