Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Require current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
- Solid tenure — no job hoppers
- Upbeat and energetic personality, highly positive, and able to coach
- Great communication skills and personal appearance
- Focused on standards to deliver an outstanding speed of service, amazing food, and customer service
- A desire to join an organization centered around freshness and excellence – need to be able to manage a large scratch kitchen prep list.
- A willingness to lead from the front and put in the time and effort to ensure excellence
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $65 to $72K
- Only lunch and early dinner service
- Full health benefits offered with employer contribution
